Raise The Pilot Age.

EPAS – Experienced Pilots Advancing Safety – is uniting thousands of pilots to raise the mandatory retirement age for airline pilots.

Experienced Pilots

About Us

Aviator experience is synonymous with aviation safety. One cannot exist without the other. Yet every day, the commercial airline industry needlessly dismisses more and more of its most valuable resource – its seasoned pilots. Mentoring, Leadership, and Experience all matter, and aviation safety cannot advance without them!

We are highly-experienced professional airline pilots who have collectively amassed hundreds of thousands of commercial and military flight hours. Our extensive backgrounds as Captains, Instructor Pilots, FAA-Designated Evaluators, Safety Officers, and Accident Investigators specifically qualify us as subject matter experts.

Experienced Pilots Advancing Safety firmly believes that the safety of the traveling public has been significantly diminished because of the forced retirements of America’s most experienced aviators. Now is the time to eliminate the mandatory retirement age for FAR Part 121 pilots.
